Mr. Ashok K. Goyal is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur, followed by Post Graduation in Business Management from I.I.M., Calcutta. He has a wide and varied work experience in the industry of about 33 years which includes 20 years at Asian Paints Limited and a stint abroad in the field of trading and distribution. He is also a director of Clear Plastics Limited and Mipak Polymers Limited.

Mr. Harshad B. Desai, Executive Director, Clear Plastics
Mr. H. Desai, Executive Director, is commerce graduate with experience in the field of plastic process for over 40 years. He is instrumental for product development from conception stage till commercial production, and vast experience in the field of manufacturing rigid plastic containers.

Mr. Bhupendra P. Dusara, CFO and Company Secretary
Mr. Bhupendra P. Dusara is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has a working experience of 21 years in the field of corporate planning, finance, secretarial and general administration of which 17 years was at Coatings Specialities (India) Limited, an associate company. He is also the Director of Clear Plastics Limited and Mipak Polymers Limited.

Mr. G. S. Bhamra, VP (Design & Development)
Mr. Bhamra is a post graduate mechanical engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has a total industrial experience of 29 years of which 12 years experience was as a General Manager –Technical with Eagle Flask, Pune since 1990. He has also worked as General Manager – Product development with Hawkins Cookers for 9 years.

Mr. R. T. Gandhe, Vice President - Marketing
Mr. Gandhe is a post graduate in, after BE Electricals from V.R.C.E, Nagpur, he has done MBA in Marketing Management from YCMOU and is also a diploma holder in Import Export Management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management.

Mr. Neeraj Munjal, Executive Director, Mipak Polymers
Mr. Neeraj Munjal is post graduate in Business Management, from HNB University, Dehradun. He has industrial experience of 17 years in various capacities in different organizations.

Mr. R. Shankar, General Manager - South
Mr. R. Shankar is post graduate mechanical Engineer. He is also a qualified assessor for ISO 9000 and QS 9000. He has 22 years experience in the field. He was employed as GM (Works) at Uttam Galvanising Systems Limited. His experience includes 6 years as Module Manager at Sundaram Industries.

Mr. Naresh Kumar, General Manager-Works, Clear Plastics
Mr. Naresh Kumar is graduate in Science. He is also holder of Post graduate diploma in Standard Quality Control & Operation Research from Indian Statistical Institute. He also has done Diploma in Materials Management from Indian Association of Material Management, at Baroda. He has 36 years working experience. He was VP (administration) at Pragati Glass Limited, prior to his appointment.

Mr. Mahendra Agarwal, General Manager – Commercial
Mr. Mahendra Agarwal is a master in science. He is also holder of doctorate in Genetics. He has 24 years working experience. He was General Manager (Commercial) at Shalimar Paints Limited prior to his appointment.

Mr. U. K. Srivastava, General Manager – Special Assignments
Mr. U.K. Srivastava has done Diploma in Plastics Technology. He has 26 years of work experience in various capacities.
