Business strategy:
Our Business Strategy includes:

  1. Maintaining and expanding Long term Client relationship:
    Group has over the years maintained long term relationships with Asian Paints Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare (manufacturers of Horlicks), Reckitt Benckiser, ITC, Cadbury, Dr. Reddy and other companies. It has always tried to expand its relationships with existing clients as well as develop new clients. Value additions contributed in terms of evolving new products based on specific needs of the customers helped the Group in expanding the existing relationship and developing new customers.
  2. De-risking through expansion of geographies:
    In order to cater to the requirements of customers, it has developed its units geographically in Sanaswadi (Pune), Silvassa, Pondicherry, Sriperumbudur (Tamil Nadu), Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), Sitargunj (Uttarakahnd), Umergaon (Gujarat) and Daman through its subsidiaries, namely Clear Plastics Limited and Mipak Polymers Limited. Group has always strived to follow the geographical spread of the existing customers and look for newer relationship with new customers.
  3. De-risking through expansion of our segments and products:
    Group has expanded its client base from paint and lube industry to FMCG industry, Pharma industry, retail etc. It has always believed in broad-base product portfolio, in rigid plastics packaging segment.
  4. Invest in Technology and facilities:
    Group constantly invests in new technology and develops facilities at its manufacturing units to develop and supply new products to the clients as per their requirements at right time.
  5. Growth through acquisitions:
    Group acquired running businesses in the field of small bottles and cans catering to the client base from FMCG, pharma and retail sector industries.
