The
group has developed in-house printing facilities
for decoration. The group uses 4 colour
Dry-offset printing, automatic pad printing
and screen printing technology.
While the process is a little different,
depending upon the type of printing undertaken,
broadly, it involves making a positive/negative
from the customers’ artwork. This
photo image is then transferred to either
a metal or nylon plate, which is mounted
on the printing machine in a very precise
manner. Silk screens are used in screen
printing technology for performing the same
role. The ink is then applied in a uniform
manner on this plates/screen and is transferred
to the substrate of the container/bottle
for achieving the desired decoration.
The group also uses therimaging and shrink
sleeves for decoration, depending upon the
customer preferences.
