Plastic granules and
master batches are mixed in automatic
blenders in defined proportions.
The above material
is fed into microprocessor controlled,
high speed, state-of-the-art, either injection
molding or blow molding or injection blow
molding or injection stretch blow molding
machines wherein molding is done. The
group uses sophisticated high speed moulds
developed with the help of the technical
collaborators as well as in-house R&D
to achieve precision molding at the high
production speeds. Due care is taken to
ensure strict adherence to quality control
parameters suggested by the customers.
Some of the molded
products are conditioned at room temperature
on a controlled conveyor system before
they undergo further operations.
The group has acquired
a sophisticated four colour dry offset
printing machine from USA to ensure quality
printing on containers at high speed.
In order to supplement the printing capacity
the group has also invested in a high
speed infra red printing machine of indigenous
development. Some of the printing requirements,
especially of small order quantity, are
also met through silk screen printing
method.
Printed containers
are either packed in heat shrink-wrapped
or stretch wrapped to ensure safe transportation
of containers to their ultimate users.
